Tuthmosis lll. 1504-1450 BC, ( the Napoleon of Ancient Egypt ).
The back is engraved with the cartouche of Tuthmosis III, on the left scepter and crook. The scepter represents authority and the kingship of Egypt. The crook represents and symbolizes the Pharaoh’s role as the shepherd of the people. On the right is the symbol of the afterlife, a symbol of immortality.
The base is engraved with Lotus Buds between palm branches to mark the passing of the year in the life of the Pharaoh. It symbolizes the measure of time.
